Pursuit is partnering with a Tucson-based radiology-focused medical client to recruit an experienced Regional Sales Manager. You will lead a small, field-based team and drive a new service line’s growth across Southern Arizona.

In this hybrid role, you will coach 3-4 sales representatives, oversee operations, and develop referral relationships with physicians and healthcare providers while remaining actively involved in hands-on selling and field support.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of managerial experience leading a 5+ person team.
• 7+ years in the medical space (Diagnostic, DME, Home Health, etc.).
• Proven coaching and team development ability.
• Strong relationship-building skills and track record of growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-4 sales representatives.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, team performance, and territory development.
• Help launch and grow a new service line through strategic business development.
• Partner with physicians and providers to expand referral relationships and drive growth.
• Work alongside reps in the field to provide coaching, training, and sales support.
• Develop relationships with key specialties including urology, neurology, orthopedics, ENT, pain management, gastroenterology, and primary care.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on selling and field support.

We have partnered with a medical client who is looking for an experienced, hands‑on healthcare sales leader to join their team in Tucson!

As Tucson's hometown radiology practice, they provide high-quality outpatient imaging services across 10 convenient locations throughout Southern Arizona. Their commitment to exceptional patient care, image quality, and safety allows them to make a meaningful impact on the health of their community.

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can lead and develop a team of sales representatives while helping grow a new service line. This is a great opportunity for an established healthcare sales leader who enjoys coaching a team, building provider relationships, and remaining actively involved in business development.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-4 sales representatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations, team performance, and territory development.
• Help launch and grow a new service line through strategic business development.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to expand referral relationships and drive growth.
• Work alongside reps in the field to provide coaching, training, and sales support.
• Develop relationships with key specialties, including urology, neurology, orthopedic surgery, ENT, pain management, gastroenterology, and primary care.
• Balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands‑on selling and field support.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of managerial experience (managing min of 5 reps)
• 7+ years of experience within the medical space - Diagnostic, DME, Home Health, etc.
• A proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales representatives.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a track record of driving business growth.
• A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to balance team development and strategic execution.

Benefits & Schedule:

• Base Salary + Bonus/Commission
• Target Total Compensation: $140,000-$170,000
• Must Live Location: Tucson, AZ or the surrounding areas
• Monday and Friday: Work from home for administrative responsibilities
• Tuesday-Thursday: In the field with sales representatives, supporting training, coaching, and business development
