Job summary

Coastal Payroll is seeking a hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of HCM sales professionals. You will drive regional revenue growth, develop talent, strengthen referral partnerships, and cultivate a culture of accountability and success.

As a leader, you will manage pipeline, forecast results, recruit and onboard top sales talent, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Flexible work arrangements are available based on business needs.

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in HCM, payroll, HR technology, or related Industry.
