The company’s products are designed to regulate, control, and direct the flow of gases, liquids, and other media in critical industrial applications.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to promote the company’s pipeline and midstream valves across New Mexico and West Texas. This role is crucial for driving business growth by building strong relationships with key end users, including Pipeline, Midstream, and Production sectors. Because of the company aggressive growth, the ideal candidate is a self-motivated, profit-driven, industry-savvy, and an engaging professional with a passion for problem-solving.
You will work from your home office and travel within the assigned territory. You will collaborate closely with internal sales leadership, external representative agents, and end users to secure projects, achieve AML (Approved Manufacturers' List) approvals, and meet sales targets. Your will contribute to the profitability and market presence of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
AML Targeting & Process Management
Identifying AML gatekeepers and the approval process. Mapping out the timelines and steps required for AML inclusion. Coordinating the submission of required data and documentation to facilitate AML approval.

Salary: $120K- $160K base + bonus.
