Medical Device Recruiters Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for a leading orthopedic medical device company in the Raleigh market.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role where you will lead a growing sales team, stay active in the field, and build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and key accounts. The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $150K to $180K with uncapped commission, full benefits including 401(k), auto and business expense reimbursement, and the

Are you an orthopedic medical device sales professional ready to take the next step into leadership while staying actively involved in the field?

MUST reside in Raleigh Metro Area OR be open to relocation to Raleigh, NC.

We’re working with a leading orthopedic medical device company seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing segment of their orthopedic business in the Raleigh market. This is a hands-on, player-coach opportunity for a proven sales performer who enjoys developing business, building surgeon relationships, and helping a team succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and expand market share across the Raleigh territory
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business
• Lead, coach, and develop a sales team while remaining active in the field
• Build strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and drive continued market growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience
• Strong sales track record and proven business development skills
• Leadership experience or a demonstrated ability to coach and develop others
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• W-2 position with competitive base salary and uncapped commission
• Full benefits package, including 401(k)
• Auto and business expense reimbursement
• Competitive base salary range from $150K to $180K, at plan $250K +
