Location: Remote-based with regular travel across North/East USA.

Renowned for engineering quality and customer service, the company is expanding its reach across the North and East regions of the USA.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives across the territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business, managing client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities within industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Manager will:

• Execute a regional sales strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop new business with manufacturers, contractors, distributors, and end-users.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Attend site visits, customer meetings, and relevant industry events.
• Report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or industrial products.
• Experience with mezzanine structures or industrial access equipment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Willing to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
