Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales within a specific regional geography focusing on new customer acquisition, customer retention, and growth opportunities with current customer base. The role involves managing relationships, driving growth, and working closely with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate with support, service, and management teams to meet objectives.
  • Meet sales volume and profitability targets.
  • Assess and validate customer needs continuously.
  • Develop and execute account plans.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Utilize CRM for account management and sales processes.
  • Travel for trade shows and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge in IT Security and/or Networking markets.
  • Experience managing complex customer accounts.
  • Experience with indirect and direct sales channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Reside in the respective region.
Bonus Points:
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of sales experience.
