Job description

The Regional Leader will oversee multi-unit fitness facilities. This role is focused on growing the business, improving financial performance, and delivering a consistent positive client experience across the territory. The Regional Leader sets performance expectations and actively coaches sales teams to achieve sales targets, execute with operational discipline, and uphold brand standards. This leadership position plays a critical role in developing top-tier sales talent, overall enhancement of a fitness facility and client experience, and supporting employee retention initiatives aligned with organizational performance objectives. As a full-time position, business hours are Monday through Friday. Longer hours, evenings, and weekend work as necessary.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with field leadership to ensure alignment and consistency in customer experience across facilities.
  • Provide targeted coaching and performance support to direct reports through in person reviews, feedback conversations and operation review.
  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and development of staff across multiple facilities, while identifying and preparing future leaders.
  • Lead multi-facility performance by expanding the customer base, and ensuring resources, staffing, and operating costs are managed effectively.
  • Coach leaders on business performance and financial fundamentals, reinforcing ownership of results and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with facility leadership to develop and implement area specific approaches that drive customer growth and sales results.
Education and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in people leadership, sales, operations, or a related field, including prior single-unit management experience. Multi-unit leadership, franchise, or small business experience preferred.
  • A confident, people-focused leader who builds strong relationships, communicates effectively, and earns trust across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A proactive, accountable, and adaptable approach, with the ability to navigate competing priorities, unexpected challenges, and sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong listening, critical thinking, research, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and operational performance.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment is strongly preferred, along with a genuine interest in creating exceptional customer experiences.
