JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy in Texas and the Southwest region, including Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. The expectations of this role are to immediately increase market share within the given region by selling systems that are within DeSHAZO Crane’s core competency to prospective customers, as well as being the communication conduit for the DeSHAZO team throughout an order’s life cycle.
Daily travel is required in the regional territory, with an anticipated weekly ratio of 70%/30%, Travel/Office. This position could be based out of one of our service division offices in Texas but remote work is considered acceptable.
This position pays a base salary plus commission structure and includes company phone, computer, and vehicle with fuel card.
