Job summary

Jobtailor in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Head of Local Outside Sales to build and lead a high-performing team. You will recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while shaping retention and growth strategies across existing and new accounts.

You will manage performance KPIs, forecasts, and reviews to ensure progress against goals, leverage CRM tools, and navigate B2B contract sales models with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B field sales or sales leadership.
• Strong knowledge of B2B contract sales models.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
