Job summary

Uptown Rental Properties in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Sales & Leasing Supervisor to lead our student housing leasing team and drive occupancy, leasing performance, and a superior resident experience.

You will combine sales leadership with people development, process improvement, and result-driven coaching to execute leasing strategies across our portfolio. This role collaborates with Property Management and Marketing to optimize pricing and occupancy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, property management, or related field.
• Experience in student housing or multifamily property management preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong sales instincts to motivate others and drive results.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate leasing agents to meet goals.
• Provide hands-on sales training and ongoing feedback.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and development.
• Build a culture of accountability and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to increase occupancy.
• Monitor activity, follow-ups, tours, applications, renewals and sales performance.
• Identify improvements and create action plans to hit leasing goals.
• Stay informed on student housing trends and market conditions.
• Support leasing during peak seasons and events.
• Align leasing strategies with advertising, pricing and property priorities.
• Analyze leasing reports and KPIs to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with prospective residents.
• Coordinate leasing events, housing fairs, campaigns, and open houses.
