Job summary

Uptown Rental Properties in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Regional Sales & Leasing Supervisor to lead our student housing leasing team and drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident experience. You will mentor Leasing Agents, implement leasing strategies, and collaborate with Property Management and Marketing to achieve targets.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance metrics, and a strong customer service mindset to convert opportunities into results across peak seasons and events.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, property management, or related field.
• Experience in student housing or multifamily property management preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Leasing Agents to achieve goals.
• Provide hands-on sales training, feedback, and performance coaching.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee development.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor leasing activity, lead follow-up, tours, applications, renewals, and overall sales performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and create action plans to achieve goals.
• Stay informed on student housing trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Assist leasing during peak seasons, events, and high-volume periods.
• Coordinate with Property Managers and Marketing on advertising, pricing, and priorities.
• Analyze leasing reports and KPIs to identify trends and recommendations.
• Ensure timely, professional, and engaging communication with prospective residents.
• Coordinate leasing events, housing fairs, campaigns, and open houses.
