Job summary

Tempus AI, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our diagnostics and oncology offerings across the western region.

You will design and execute regional sales plans, build executive-level relationships, and drive adoption of Tempus sequencing-based MolDx/SaaS solutions in academic medical centers and health systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharmaceutical or diagnostics sales, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and a proven ability to hire

Qualifications

5+ years in a relevant industry/commercial environment as a sales manager.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience leading a team of 8+ reps.

Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales objectives, revenue and expenses.
Develop and execute regional business plans.
Direct execution of sales strategies and tactics.
Build and maintain key customer relationships with target audiences.
Plan and conduct regional sales meetings to convey product knowledge.
Evaluate performance of Clinical Account Executives.
Maintain high level of product and market knowledge.
Identify contracting opportunities with key accounts.
