Job summary

3M is seeking a Regional Distribution Leader for the Packaging Channel to drive partner growth across Food & Beverage, Healthcare and e-fulfillment. You will collaborate with sales management to deliver growth and market share in packaging solutions, while proactively presenting new options to partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, strong business acumen, and a valid driver’s license; remote West Coast location with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five (5) years of sales, marketing, and/or key account management in various sectors.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Eight (8) years of sales, marketing, key account management experience (preferred).
• Previous packaging industry experience (preferred).
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred).
• Strong sales/business acumen and selling skills.
• Ability to analyze data to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new and existing channel partners in packaging, targeting core markets.
• Deliver accretive growth through collaboration with packaging and sales teams.
• Drive mind share across strategic packaging channel partners at all levels.
• Execute business plans to increase market coverage and sales across regions.
• Create and manage cross-sell campaigns to boost product adoption and revenue.
• Monitor churn and recover lost customers in collaboration with partners.
