TSP Talent Solutions is conducting a direct hire search for a Psychiatry Account Manager focused on promoting our psychiatry portfolio and driving sales using comprehensive clinical knowledge. You will execute strategic sales and marketing plans to overcome commercialization challenges in today’s changing environment.

Ideal candidates bring a BA/BS, 2+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, and a proven ability to train on product knowledge annually.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver messages clearly to customers, handle objections, and close calls with a commitment to action.
• Identify trends and dynamics in the market and apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues effectively.
