Job summary

Biofrontera AG seeks a Regional Business Leader to drive sustainable growth for Ameluz and PDT lamps in the assigned region. This seasoned sales leader will translate strategic priorities into tactical execution, coach the regional team, and act as the primary commercial ambassador with key stakeholders.

The role requires a proven track record in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, leadership, and strong analytical skills to optimize account coverage and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and leading teams.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales roles, including at least 2 years as a sales manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional commercial plan aligned with company strategy to achieve sales targets and market share goals for Ameluz and lamps.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of field-based sales professionals, ensuring clarity of objectives and development plans.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional tactics and programs.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on regional performance and market dynamics.
