Job summary

biofrontera-us is seeking a Regional Business Leader to drive sales strategy for Ameluz and PDT lamps across the region. You will lead a field-based team, translate corporate priorities into regional plans and act as the primary commercial ambassador to key dermatology clinics, payors and practices.

The role requires at least 10 years in sales with leadership experience, a life sciences or related degree, and strong analytical, coaching and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record in multi-product sales and achieving targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related; MBA preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute territory plans and manage key accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional commercial plan aligned with company strategy to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of field-based sales professionals, ensuring clear objectives and development plans.
• Optimize account coverage and call frequency by segment per customer segmentation model.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional tactics and programs.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and competitive activity; drive actions.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on regional performance.
