You will collaborate with Parts, Service, Finance, Leasing, and Operations to deliver comprehensive customer solutions and ensure consistent execution

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive sales experience in commercial truck/trailer/transport industry
• 5+ years sales leadership or management experience
• Strong CRM, negotiation, and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and oversee regional sales managers and professionals.
• Set regional goals, budgets, and forecasts across locations.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Monitor performance, pipelines, and profitability across all locations.
• Recruit, train, and develop regional sales teams.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, Finance, Leasing, and Operations to deliver solutions.
• Prepare and present regional performance reports and business recommendations.
