Job summary

Walters Wedding Estates is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead sales performance across Nashville and Atlanta markets. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on coaching, driving revenue, and building strong, high‑performing teams.

You will own the performance and development of Venue Specialist teams, spending time in venues, observing tours, coaching in real time, and ensuring the team has the tools and accountability to win. This role requires travel between markets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a multi-market sales team.
• Strong coaching and talent development background.
• Experience using dashboards and KPIs to drive performance.
• Track record of revenue growth and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance and revenue growth across Nashville and Atlanta.
• Coach Venue Specialists and develop talent with actionable feedback.
• Maintain pipeline discipline, KPIs, and CRM accuracy.
• Translate data into actionable coaching priorities and strategies.
• Build a winning culture with accountability and collaboration.
• Lead from the field, shadow tours, and support coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Planning to improve client experience.
