Job summary

Avive Solutions, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead the northeast region of Avive's Community Programs Team. You will drive adoption of Avive's products through direct management, mentorship, and coaching of Community Program Specialists (AEs).

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in public safety sales and sales management, with strong relationship-building and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales and sales management with a quota track record.
• Experience selling emergency response, safety, medical equipment, or SaaS to public sector clients.
• Skilled at building pipelines and engaging decision-makers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Model for your team: demonstrate excellence in core Community Program Specialists skills.
• Lead and inspire: train, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver results and regional goals.
• Engage directly: build relationships with decision-makers via in-person visits, calls, and emails.
• Showcase solutions: deliver demos and presentations of Avive's solutions.
• Be the expert: develop deep product and industry knowledge to advise clients consultatively.
