We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to join, and lead the northeast region of Avive's Community Programs Team. In this mission-critical role, you will be accountable for driving scaled adoption of Avive's products through the direct management, mentorship, and coaching of a team of Community Program Specialists (Account Executives).
The ideal candidate is a motivated, experienced self-starter with a proven track record in public safety sales and sales management. You should thrive on building relationships, mentoring others, creative problem solving, and making a meaningful impact from day one.
As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will guide, coach, and support your team to achieve ambitious sales goals. Success in this role requires strong people and territory management skills, technical aptitude, and interpersonal excellence. You should be curious, coachable, and resilient—able to learn quickly, handle objections with empathy, and communicate our mission with conviction.
