Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales and sales management with quota attainment.
• Experience selling emergency response, safety, medical equipment, or related SaaS/public sector solutions.
• Ability to manage territories, build pipelines, and engage key decision-makers.
• Strong in-person product demos and client presentations.
• Proficient with Salesforce and related business tools.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Community Program Specialists to meet regional sales goals.
• Build relationships with decision-makers via visits, calls, and emails.
• Deliver demos and presentations of Avive's solutions.
• Develop product and industry knowledge to advise clients.
• Foster long-term partnerships across stakeholders.
• Collaborate on strategies to acquire new customers.
• Use CRM and sales platforms to track progress and forecast.
• Travel to visit clients and lead on-site demonstrations.
