Avive Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the northeast region of its Community Programs Team and drive adoption of both Avive's hardware and SaaS-based emergency response solutions.

You will mentor a team of Community Program Specialists, manage client relationships, and close opportunities. The role requires 5+ years in outside sales and sales management, with a strong track record in public safety and enterprise selling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales and sales management success.
• Experience selling emergency response, safety, medical equipment, or related SaaS/physical solutions to public sector clients.
• Ability to manage geographic territories and build pipelines independently.
• Proven track record of delivering in-person product demonstrations and sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Community Program Specialists to achieve regional sales goals.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers through in-person visits, calls, and targeted outreach.
• Deliver demos and presentations of Avive's emergency response solutions to clients.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership.
