Broadstaff is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Business Development for Northern Virginia to grow opportunities in structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, and low-voltage systems. You will build strategic relationships across commercial, enterprise, healthcare, municipal, and data center sectors.

The role emphasizes identifying opportunities before formal bids, managing a strong pipeline, and collaborating with estimating and operations to close revenue-generating projects.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in structured cabling, fiber, and low-voltage markets.
• Strong network in the Virginia construction and telecom ecosystems.
• Proven ability to create opportunities and develop revenue streams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow strategic relationships throughout Virginia and surrounding markets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across commercial, enterprise, healthcare, municipal, transportation, and data center environments.
• Engage with general contractors, construction managers, developers, engineering firms, electrical contractors, consultants, and end users.
• Position infrastructure and low-voltage solutions before projects reach the bidding stage.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of structured cabling, fiber construction, splicing, and network modernization opportunities.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and leadership teams to convert opportunities into revenue-generating projects.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and customer meetings.
