Advantage Technology is seeking a seasoned Structured Cabling Sales Engineer / Project Manager to support our telecommunications and low-voltage infrastructure work across Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. You will lead surveys, estimates, and proposals while coordinating with clients and field teams to deliver on-time, on-budget projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in structured cabling and low-voltage systems.
• Experience preparing structured cabling estimates, material takeoffs, and installation proposals.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and installation plans.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout the DMV region.

Responsibilities

• Sales engineering, estimating and technical design for structured cabling projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and customers to develop proposals and schedules.
• Develop project plans, milestones and budgets; monitor progress and costs.
• Support field teams to ensure installations meet specifications and customer expectations.
