Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth in Fresno and Modesto, CA. You will oversee regional distribution, recruit and develop sales staff, and build strong client relationships while achieving monthly targets.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/marketing, leadership, and CRM proficiency. Travel is required; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of the sales process—from prospecting to post-sale implementation.
• Achieves monthly sales targets and drives results through field leadership.
• Plans QBRs and coaches staff to meet monthly goals and improve performance.
• Manages team activity by setting weekly goals and time management best practices.
• Forecasts pipeline and prioritizes accounts; travels as required.
