Job summary

Safe Fleet is seeking a PSI Regional Sales Manager for the Central US region. You will drive sales across all product lines, manage fleets, OEMs, and dealers, and coordinate with channel partners to win new business and retain existing accounts.

The role requires strong technical understanding of PSI products, ROI communication, and collaboration with engineering, operations and finance. Travel 40-70% and reside within the territory.

Qualifications

• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical acumen.
• Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Skilled at Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM and general file management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Develop and performance of all sales activities in the assigned region.
• Grow new business while maintaining existing business on all product lines.
• Identify fleet sales opportunities and develop strategies to win the business.
• Coordinate with channel partners and other sales teams to achieve goals.
• Work with engineering, operations and finance to develop customer proposals.
• Communicate the value of PSI products and ROI to customers.
• Report market intel and manage expenses within budgetary guidelines.
• Represent PSI in industry associations and maintain professional standards.
