Job summary

PSI Regional Sales Manager - Central US is responsible for developing and performing all sales activities in the assigned region. Grow new business while maintaining existing accounts across product lines, coordinating with channel partners and PSI teams to achieve goals.

The role requires a solid technical understanding of PSI products, ability to communicate value to finance, IT, and operations, and frequent travel to support customers and market efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet safety or PSI product lines preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage sales of all products including Auto Inflation and Telematics solutions.
• Develop strategies to win new business and retain existing customers.
• Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams to develop customer proposals.
• Provide ROI interpretation and training requirements for customers.
• Represent PSI in industry associations and maintain professionalism.
