Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years’ experience in the Financial Services field.
• Minimum 3 years field/outside sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years Client Relationship Management experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive application volume to meet/exceed goals with awareness of Op Plan.
• Exceed customer satisfaction targets via surveys.
• Enhance in-store marketing programs and training.
• Develop credit awareness programs with store/market management.
• Audit signage and POS materials for compliance and report issues.
• Support Client Program Manager and client initiatives.
• Present results of ongoing credit programs and manage travel budgets.
• Attend/store openings and relocations.
• Build and maintain external client relationships at multiple levels.
• Maximize credit support at store level and leverage resources.
• Develop annual marketing plans for stores.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
