Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the NY Metro region in a health supplements company. This field leadership role combines team management, coaching, new business development, and direct territory responsibility.

You will oversee about 8 Territory Sales Representatives, travel 60–65% (3 days in field per week plus monthly trips to the Long Island area), and target independent retailers and wellness stores.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading outside sales teams.
• Experience in health/wellness or consumer products.
• Willing to travel 60–65%.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop reps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Territory Sales team.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching.
• Drive regional revenue growth and new business.
• Manage and grow an individual territory.
• Develop retail accounts with independent retailers.
• Expand product penetration in existing accounts.
• Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
• Monitor territory performance and set direction.
• Participate in meetings, trade shows, events.
