Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of regional sales experience
• 3 years of effective, proven leadership with the ability to influence
• Oversee and drive growth in the New York and Northeast region
• Execute strategic initiatives, develop KPI's, results driven
• Lead, train and mentor Territory Sales Representatives in the field
• Manage key accounts to ensure performance and outcomes
• Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Work directly with VP of Sales to problem solve and ensure success
• Stay up to date on all trends, products, and business opportunities
• Support the growth and expansion of talent as needed in the market
• Hire, supervise, conduct performance reviews, etc.
• Participate in sales meetings, strong presentation skills
• Health and wellness experience a plus
• Available to travel in the greater New York and tri-state region
• Occasional national travel
• Must have a valid driver's license
