Job summary

OrePac Building Products is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a regional team of Account Executives and Territory Sales Representatives. You will direct sales activities, coach staff, and drive programs to achieve revenue and margin goals in your product category and region.

The role requires a proven leadership track record, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel up to 70% while building strong customer and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 7–10 years leading sales teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff and manage budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Account Executives and Territory Sales Representatives.
• Develop and implement sales plans, strategies and promotions to meet targets.
• Maintain forecast and manage profitability by product line.
• Build and sustain key vendor relationships and customer partnerships.
• Spend up to 70% of time in the field coaching and developing the team.
