Job summary

Safilo-US is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for TX, OK, NM to drive profitable growth and manage a sales team across the region. You will lead field activities, set territory plans, and execute the go-to-market strategy to expand Safilo’s eyewear portfolio.

You will coach reps, conduct ride-alongs, recruit new talent, and own regional P&L while delivering against ambitious sales targets. This role requires 80% travel and strong leadership in a fast-paced fashion-focused environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent management experience.
• 10+ years of direct sales experience in eyewear or related industry.
• Must currently live within the region and be available for regular travel 80% of the time.
• 4 days a week in field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team that can include independent contractors (1099) and employees (W2).
• Coach sales reps to improve selling.
• Conduct ride-alongs with reps to observe and coach sales skills.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews with each rep on your team.
• Recruit and hire new reps for open territories.
• Determine compensation for specific territories and reps.
• On-board new reps and implement the Safilo sales process.
• Build synergy markets to help reps sell as a team.
• Drive sales in regional key accounts.
• Develop a territory strategy and share with director of sales.
• Manage regional P&L and sales targets.
• Build sales plans for assigned region with priorities.
• Attend 3O’s leadership meetings.
• Be prepared for 80% travel.
