As an elite hunter, you will execute a consultative Discovery Process, lead with data-driven insights, and travel up to 75% to meet business owners.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Driving Business Development: secure 10+ meetings/week with business owners.
• High-Impact Sales Execution: use a consultative approach to Discovery Process.
• Market Leadership & Brand Ambassadorship: build presence with regional stakeholders.
• Strategic Pipeline Ownership: maximize client-facing appointments and drive pipeline growth.
• Performance-Driven Leadership: success measured by prospecting, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Aggressive Sales Targeting: minimum 35 touches per week; secure weekly Discovery commitment.
