• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 9 field-based diagnostic sales professionals, including Key Account Executives and Territory Managers.
• Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, customer focus, collaboration, continuous learning, and results.
• Conduct ongoing field coaching, ride-alongs, sales strategy sessions, and development planning to maximize individual and team performance.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain top commercial talent while building a strong internal leadership pipeline.
• Create individualized development plans and provide meaningful feedback to help team members achieve their full potential and advance their careers.
• Champion employee engagement, recognition, and succession planning initiatives that support both individual and organizational success.
