Job summary

Biosite, now part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is expanding its US presence with a Regional Sales Manager role. This field-based position focuses on the construction market, implementing sales strategies, negotiating with clients, and driving growth across the region.

You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, generate new business, and work closely with Directors to tailor offerings. Travel will be 31–60% as you build strategic relationships and close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ successful construction or key account experience.
• Proven track record of business development in construction, construction software or security solutions.
• Strong sales and presentation skills, including probing, listening, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the US region.
• Forecasting and reporting on sales activity within the region.
• Generate new business through lead generation and existing client relationships.
• Take ownership for sales within the region and key accounts; grow revenue with added services.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to order and implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
