Job summary

Arista Networks seeks a Regional Sales Manager in Central Florida to lead a team of Account Managers and Channel Partners, aiming to exceed revenue goals for the territory. Alternate locations include Tampa, FL and Jacksonville, FL.

You will align Arista’s technical resources with customer outcomes, collaborate with Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and executives to drive strategy, pipelines, and large deals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales experience in high tech infrastructure sales.
• 5+ years experience managing, leading and building high tech Sales teams.
• Demonstrated history of consistent sales achievement over target.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-6 Sales Reps located across Florida.
• Develop a strategic go-to-market plan to meet revenue goals.
• Build sales pipeline through top prospects, partners and customers.
• Hire, coach, and retain top sales talent for the region.
• Grow revenue for Arista's Cognitive Cloud Networking and related solutions.
• Develop partner resellers and collaborate with marketing programs.
• Coordinate with HQ to align sales and marketing activities.
