Job summary

Arista Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Central Florida to lead a team of Account Managers and Channel Partners, driving revenue for Arista's Open Networking platforms. You will align technical resources to deliver customer business outcomes and collaborate with Customer Engineers, Professional Services and Executive teams.

You will develop a strategic GTM plan, hire and mentor talent, and manage relationships with top prospects, partners and customers throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into large enterprise organizations.
• Ability to lead a team to meet challenges and stay positive.
• Track record of sales success in a territory with key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–6 sales reps across Florida in a player/coach role.
• Develop a strategic GTM plan to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Build pipeline by engaging top prospects, partners and customers.
• Hire, develop and retain top regional sales talent through coaching.
• Manage and grow relationships around Arista's Cognitive Cloud Networking and related platforms.
