Job summary

Vanteo seeks a Regional Sales Leader to build and own a five-brand funnel in the K-12 education market. You will map districts, schools, and networks, close multi-brand opportunities, and coach four new reps as part of a high-velocity growth plan.

You will hire, train, and manage a quota-carrying team, ensuring CRM discipline and collaboration across departments to hit regional targets and drive referrals and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in new-business B2B or B2G sales with consistent attainment.
• 2+ years leading a quota-carrying team with hiring and coaching success.
• Ability to build a funnel from scratch in education markets (K-12).

Responsibilities

• Create and own regional funnel from zero, map districts, charter networks, and schools.
• Manage personal quota and close large district and multi-network deals.
• Hire, ramp, and develop four New Sales Reps; coordinate contractors.
• Coach the team in field, review deals, and ensure CRM discipline in HubSpot.
