Job summary

Vanteo is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to build a new regional funnel, own a quota, and lead four New Sales Reps. You will map markets, open doors, and coach your team to replicate success across five brands in the K-12 education sector.

You will hire and ramp a high-performing team, manage multi-brand opportunities, and coordinate with state departments, districts, and recruiters. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in new-business B2B or B2G sales with consistent attainment.
• Experience leading a quota-carrying team.
• Proven ability to build a funnel from nothing.
• K-12 buyer knowledge: districts, charter networks, and schools.
• Comfort with long, relationship-driven cycles.
• J-1 or education staffing knowledge preferred.
• Partner-building experience.
• CRM discipline with HubSpot or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create the funnel for your region: map districts, charter networks, and schools; run outbound, events, and referrals.
• Carry a personal quota and close strategic accounts; lead from the front.
• Sell the right brand to the right buyer across multiple school types.
• Turn a yes into a countersigned agreement; maintain quality and compliance.
• Hire, onboard, and develop four New Sales Reps; mentor contractors where needed.
• Set and manage quota; lead weekly pipeline reviews and field coaching.
• Forecast with discipline in HubSpot; share insights with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate across Vanteo with other leaders and brand teams.
