Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years managing teams or people in financial services or 4 years sales in auto finance.
• At least 4 years credit underwriting experience in indirect lending.

Aufgaben

• Provides primary management and oversight to Regional sales team by ensuring sales protocol is followed and business results are maximized.
• Coaches a high-performance sales team of up to 10 Area Sales Managers to meet and exceed all critical sales performance objectives.
• Coordinates activities with Sales Management to obtain maximum efficiencies in production.
• Analyzes and organizes a sales team of outside sales representatives, including time management, account management, problem solving, and customer interaction skills.
• Engages directly with Key Customers to build strong relationships and generate incremental originations volumes.
• Ensures policy and procedure adherence and compliant actions.
• Extensive travel (up to 60%).
