Job summary

Twist Bioscience seeks a Team Leader of Sales, North America, to drive revenue and growth across the SynBio portfolio. You will manage a region, forecast accurately, and build a customer-centric sales process across the US market.

You will mentor direct reports, develop hiring/training plans, and stay ahead of competitive dynamics. Travel approximately 50% within the United States as part of your leadership duties.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in SynBio products.
• Proven track record of meeting quarterly/annual targets.
• Leadership or people management experience.
• Experience selling to North American markets.
• CRM experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance by driving the team to attain and overachieve targets.
• Develop and execute the sales strategy to grow the SynBio portfolio.
• Identify and penetrate new markets and accounts.
• Sell the full Twist product line to existing accounts.
• Attain revenue targets for SynBio products and services from commission plans.
• Drive customer-centric processes and understand customer needs.
• Develop plans to growth and train direct reports for sales success.
• Implement hiring and training plans for the SynBio portfolio.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts.
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and share feedback with management.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure reports are up to date.
• Collaborate with management to develop supply agreements.
• Represent Twist at trade shows and events.
• Travel ~50% domestically in US.
