LifeSpice Ingredients is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence across the Great Plains Mountain West region by selling directly to food manufacturers. This is a remote role with ~33% travel, with ideal candidates located in Colorado or Nebraska and reporting to the Senior VP of Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of food-industry sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 33%+.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business across the Great Plains Mountain West region.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new customer opportunities (including cold outreach).
• Deepen partnerships with current customers to expand sales.
• Manage customer-specific projects from ideation to commercialization.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Client Services, and Marketing to exceed customer expectations.
• Represent LifeSpice at regional and national trade shows.
