Job description

Reconstruct is growing! We seek an Account Executive with enterprise sales knowledge and at least three years of B2B SaaS sales experience with some experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) space. We are looking for a passionate, roll-up-your-sleeves sales professional with high energy that can sell our Visual Command Center to owners and general contractors in a virtual but supportive team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority.
  2. Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations to prospects based on their needs and priorities.
  3. Articulate the value and key differentiators against competing products and services in the AEC space.
  4. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  5. Upsell products and services.
  6. Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data.
  7. Supplement existing pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches.
  8. Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Three plus years of previous experience in a B2B SaaS enterprise sales position and AEC experience of some kind.
  2. Track record of overachievement against quota.
  3. Familiarity with modern sales engagement and automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Salesforce.com.
  4. Excellent teamwork along with communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  6. Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  7. Strong listening and sales skills.
  8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
