Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Regional Estimator and Salesperson to be the main contact for new and existing clients, conduct site visits, estimate costs, and craft proposals. The role involves attending bid walks, issuing RFQs, and performing quantity takeoffs from prints. Strong MS Word/Excel skills and excellent communication are essential.

Travel is required; a car and valid driver's license are necessary. This position offers competitive pay and benefits with great growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Proven sales experience, minimum 4 years, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel and general MS Office.
• Must be able to travel, have a car and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for sales calls with new and existing clients.
• Estimate costs, write proposals, attend bid walks and prepare quantity takeoffs from prints.
• Coordinate requests for quotes and manage time effectively; travel as required.
