Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Sales Engineers or frontline leaders in a technical organization.
• 7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to partner with senior Sales leadership on strategy and planning.
• Ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills at senior levels.
• Background in public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related fields.
• Demonstrated capability in utilizing AI tooling effectively.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to embrace change and learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers with focus on performance and career growth.
• Partner with senior Sales leadership on regional strategy and planning.
• Own in-field execution and provide technical credibility in high-impact opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across technical sales cycles in the region.
• Hire and onboard top talent to build a high-performing team.
• Manage regional operations including resource allocation and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Support to align on strategy and execution.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes and contributing to team effectiveness.
