You will build long-term customer relationships, analyse market trends, and coordinate with operations to exceed customer expectations while supporting marketing activities and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering or a technical field.
• Engineering background strongly preferred.
• Proven sales experience in the pump industry or industrial cleaning sector.
• Track record in B2B customer support and sales.
• Solid market knowledge within relevant industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote solutions across industries such as water treatment and construction.
• Analyse market trends, opportunities and risks for management.
• Collaborate with operations to exceed customer expectations.
• Provide inside sales support and promote safety-related products.
• Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns.
• Prepare presentations, reports and internal communications.
• Support trade shows, exhibitions and conferences from planning to execution.
• Oversee local depot operations, QA and status monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Maintain records of incidents and operational activities.
• Support additional day-to-day business activities as required.
