Job summary

Rain for Rent in the United States is seeking an Industrial Sales Representative to maintain and grow a core territory of customers and prospects for pumps, tanks, filtration units, and related equipment.

You will lead pricing and quotes, develop relationships, and work with operations to meet customer needs while traveling to customer sites. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of sales experience are preferred; knowledge of hydraulics and water handling is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or higher) required.
• 3–5 years of related sales experience.
• General knowledge of hydraulics, pumping, irrigation and water handling products.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and quotes to meet profit objectives for the territory.
• Meet or exceed rental sales and revenue objectives in the region.
• Execute sales strategies and build customer relationships.
• Create solutions for irrigation and liquid handling challenges.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to call on customers and prospects.
