Qualificações

• 4+ years of Senior Multi-Unit Management experience.
• Experience overseeing 50-80 retail locations within Wireless or Quick Service Restaurants.
• 5+ years in the Wireless Retail or Quick Service Restaurant industry.
• Strong People Development, Problem Solving, and Analytical Skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve assigned sales and KPI goals in each location and market.
• Maintain high level of customer service to sustain retention across locations.
• Inspect and monitor operations to ensure inventory and cash are accounted for.
• Identify opportunities for sales process improvement with prioritized actions.
• Monitor accuracy and distribution of sales reports and intelligence.
• Coordinate and lead training delivery to sales teams and management.
• Initiate and coordinate grassroots marketing efforts to support goals.
• Direct and support consistent implementation of company initiatives.
• Build cross-functional relationships to enhance employee and customer experience.
