Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in roofing and waterproofing systems.
• Experience leading sales teams and expanding territories.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region.
• Familiarity with project specifications and selling through specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for roofing and waterproofing brand in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to penetrate the market and expand customer base.
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with installation contractors, distributors, and key influencers such as general contractors, specifiers, and building owners.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and technical expertise to customers through live demonstrations, remote learning sessions, and educational presentations.
• Utilize industry specifications, building notifications, and project plans to create and maintain a bid project pipeline.
• Travel extensively within the region to maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical services, marketing, and finance, to ensure customer needs are met.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations for market growth.
• Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
