2020 Companies is partnering with Faraday Future Robotics to identify a Regional Sales Director for a direct-hire opportunity! As the Regional Sales Director, you hold full ownership and accountability for your state region’s development pace, progress, ecosystem prioritization, team build-out, P&L, and ROI. Faraday Future provides a standard regional team model as a reference starting point — four vertical Key Account Managers (Education, Events & Hospitality, Industrial, Public Safety & Security), a PAR Development Manager, and a Pre-Sales Application Engineer (FAE), but the actual team composition, hiring sequence, and resource allocation are yours to plan and adapt to your region’s real market conditions. You set the region’s priorities and pace, arbitrate CRM lead routing between direct KAMs and PAR partners, and report regional performance, pipeline health, and hiring/enablement progress to the monthly Sales Steering Committee.
Base Salary: $150,000
Sales Commission: based on individual sales performance
Group Commission: based on regional team performance
Estimated OTE: $255,000 (base salary plus target sales and group commission; actual earnings depend on performance and the terms of the applicable commission plan)
Northeast Region: based in NYC; work 5 days onsite in FF office
Mandarin Bilingual
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without current or future visa sponsorship.
